Use Product Lists to collaborate with retailers

Product Lists allow you to curate and share tailored product selections with the retailers you support. Lists make it faster and easier to recommend products, plan Purchase Orders, and collaborate more effectively, helping you become a trusted merchandising partner rather than just an order-taker.

What you can do with Product Lists

  • Curate product recommendations to match a retailer’s needs (such as floor sets, promotions, or bestsellers).

  • Share Lists with your Connected retailers.

  • Collaborate in real time using the built-in chat within each List.

  • Stay organized by creating separate Lists for different retailers, promotions, or projects.

How to get there

Click the menu in the top-left corner of the page, then select list Saved Products Lists.

Collaborating with Product Lists

Built-in chat

Each List has its own dedicated chat window for easy communication specific to that List.

Collaborative editing

If you grant Edit permissions, the retailer can add, remove, or suggest changes to the List, making it easier to work together in real time.

Add List items to Purchase Orders

You can easily add products in a List to an existing Purchase Order at any time to seamlessly transition from merchandising strategy to order fulfillment.

Receiving Lists made by retailers

Your Connected retailers are able to send you Product Lists in much the same way that you send Product Lists to them. When a retailer reaches out to you with a Product List, it is the perfect opportunity for you to offer your expertise and guide their merchandising strategy towards a successful purchase order.

Tips for using Product Lists effectively

Be proactive

Create Lists with suggested new arrivals, bestsellers, or floor set refresh ideas tailored to the retailer’s style and customer base.

Stay organized

Use separate Lists for different topics (e.g., Summer Promotion Picks, New Lineup for Location A) to keep your recommendations clear and actionable

Be attentive and follow up

After sharing or receiving a List, reach out using the built-in chat or general messaging to answer questions, offer additional guidance, or help finalize selections.

Why Product Lists matter

Using Product Lists helps you offer more value to your retailers by becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Instead of simply taking orders, you can provide thoughtful recommendations that help your retailers succeed — which ultimately helps you succeed too.
